The good news is there is an easy fix. Was it removed on 3.8 kernel? but here is something else (still no /usr/include/asm):As far as I can tell Build-essential should install a /usr/include/asm-generic folder. Asm Vs Asm-generic May 5, 2010 in Bugs.
