Posted 4 years ago Nymeria I was following the thread of this discussion and am also implementing a assessment based on yes/no and then the points are scored. Non-fatal errors can be considered as annoyances. This meant that scoring was not consistant. We find that there are at least six types of fatal errors, which fall into two categories.
