Failed To Delete The Mailbox With Error 0x8004010f
Open ESM on Exchange 2003 and navigate to the MAILBOX STORE 2. About 90% of them fails. Once they are marked as disconnected the purge timer starts (30 days by default unless you changed it) before they are purged by the online maintenance. I just want to be sure that I don't lose any data when I remove the stubs. Is there a fix for this? And also anotehr question, when we decommsion the old store will it allow us to uninstall exchange when there are " Exisiting mailboxes/Stubs" still in the store? i set the keep items to 0 as instructed but still nothing. AD shows the target database correctly, but if I look on the 2003 server, it is NOT a stub... So I manually copied the available content in this mailbox in a .pst and then deleted it and then manually recreated it in the new store from .pst - other 3

I have applyed hotfix KB940012 but it dos not help.Tryed to move boxes back to 2003,moved them from one store to other in 2003 and then moved to 2010..same problem.Anyone out All of your comments seem to apply to the situation where the source server has a stub mailbox and I don't seem to have that. Or do we just continue with the decommissioning of the server and that will do the trick.
