Following message is shown on the screen. files, 280…/192… blocks /dev/VolGroup00/LogVol05: clean, 11/78… files, …/…. It's also documented on the wiki, here. You are being dropped to the shell because the auto-fsck failed, and it is now basically telling you that you should run fsck manually from the command prompt.
